Contains basic Construction project information (Description, Customer information, Project Manager, Starting Date, Ending Date, Introduction Work Date, Completion Date, Project Type, Contract No, Contract Annex No., …).
· Amounts
Overview of Contracted Amounts:
o Contracted Amount
o Contracted Amount (Original)
o Contracted Amount (Annex)
o Contracted Amount (Subcontractors)
o Contracted Amount (Cooperative)
· Cost statements
Contains information on Cost Statement lines (Cost Statement No, Description, Cost Statement Quantity, Cost Statement Line Amount, Unit Price, Realized Quantity, Realized Amount, Work Type, Subcontractor No, Cooperative No, …)
· Signatures
Data entry on Supervising Engineers, Client, Construction Manager, … for reporting purposes.
Job Realization Entries
Enter, Post and Cancel Job Realization Entries for specific Cost Statement lines for a specific date.
